Nhà trường chú trọng đến việc tự đánh giá và theo đuổi sự phát triển không ngừng. Cứ vài năm một lần, giáo viên, ủy viên và phụ huynh sẽ họp lại để thảo luận về sứ mệnh của trường và xây dựng các mục tiêu, yêu cầu phù hợp hơn với mong đợi của học sinh.
