Saint Peter-Marian Central Catholic Junior-Senior High School, is a private, coeducational Catholic junior high and senior high school in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is more commonly referred to as St. Peter-Marian, or informally as SPM or St. Peter's. It is one of four high schools operated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Worcester and has been accredited by The New England Association of Schools & Colleges since 1969.

Each classroom offers programming that utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach built upon the principles of applied behavioral analysis combined with positive behavior supports. Seven Hills Academy staff work to improve the abilities of the students who attend the program and enhance each and every one of their life options. In addition to Special Education Teachers, the classroom day may include individual or small group time spent with a Reading Specialist, a Speech and Language Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Music Therapist, who are all available within the program for therapy and consultative service to the students and staff.

South Lancaster Academy/Browning Elementary is a co-educational PreK- 12 school owned and operated by Seventh-day Adventists to provide a Christian education for the community and vicinity of South Lancaster. Springdale Education Center provides a range of educational, clinical, psycho-educational, behavioral and outreach services for youth ages 9-22 who are challenged with serious mental health issues and have engaged in aggressive behaviors and have provided a significant challenge to caregivers. Springdale Education Center's owner, John Foley, and founder/director, Patti Cutler, believe that all children, regardless of circumstances deserve unconditional regard, and will flourish when they are provided with the resources that they need. SEC's dedicated and talented staff, under the tutelage of site coordinator Eddie Garcia, Case Management Supervisor Laura Nash and Clinical Supervisor, Mary Bianco provide an environment that is safe, supportive and welcoming.

Stetson School

Stevens Treatment Programs is a private, non-profit, 766-approved therapeutic residential treatment program and school, licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and approved by the Massachusetts Department of Education. Adolescents with behavioral and emotional problems with severe treatment issues need a structured environment that is safe, secure, and therapeutic. A cognitive/behavioral approach gives youth the tools to be in control, to trust adults, and prepare them for a successful transition back to their families and communities.

Trinity Christian Academy is a member of the Cape Cod Super Six School Conference. The teams that comprise the league include Cape Cod Academy, Falmouth Academy, Lighthouse Charter, Rising Tide Charter, St. Pius, St. Francis Xavier, and Trinity Christian Academy of Cape Cod. Trinity is committed to developing strong Christian leaders. Each high school student serves at least 100 community service hours prior to graduation. High school students are also encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities including student council, the Upper-Level praise and worship group, drama club, yearbook, various clubs, and sports.

Trivium School, founded in 1979, is an independent co-educational day school. Ursuline Academy is an independent college preparatory day school for young women in grades 7-12. The Victor School is a private, co-ed, therapeutic day school for students in grades 8-12. The school is fully approved by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. All teachers are licensed in content (subject) area and/or special education. The school recently (2/10) underwent a full review by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and was found to be in full or commendable compliance in all areas, an unprecedented occurrence for any public or private school in the state of Massachusetts.
