School Overview

Over the Rainbow Montessori schools are for children between the ages of two to six years of age. We ask that our children have the developmental skills to actively participate in our program. We encourage ethnic diversity as it more truly reflects the world around us and encourages the children to learn about other cultures. At Over the Rainbow Montessori Schools our goal is to promote a high level of self-esteem in every child entrusted to our care. We accomplish this through the use of lesson plans that value each child's creativity. At Over the Rainbow Montessori Schools we do not "teach" our children, bur rather we facilitate their development by encouraging them to question, experiment, and discover the world around them. Our curriculum is tactile-based because we believe that children learn best through hands-on experiences.
