The School Board is responsible to the church Combined Board and oversees the operation of Smithtown Christian School and Smithtown Christian Day Care and Happy Time Preschool. The major objective and vision of the school is to provide an academic experience of excellence and to prepare young people for Christian leadership roles, wherever their vocational or professional goals would lead them. "Educating tomorrow's Christian leaders today" is the mission statement of SCS. Organizationally, the school began with 2 goals in mind, one was that two sections of each grade, (K-6), would be established. SCS follows the traditional classroom structure. The second goal involved the initiation of a high school program offering grades seven through twelve. Both of these goals have been realized.

Soundview Preparatory School, an independent, coed day school for grades 6 – 12, is located on a 13 acre campus in Yorktown Heights, New York in northern Westchester County. Founded in the spring of 1989, the School has an enrollment of approximately 80 students. Students come from Westchester, Putnam and Rockland Counties in New York State and from Fairfield County in Connecticut, as well as from New York City.

Southeast Christian Academy, operating for 15 years, is a closed enrollment school now under the direction and leadership of Pastor Zackary Dressner of Southeast Bible Baptist Church.
