The Children's Creative and Performing Arts Academy was founded in June 1981 in Pacific Beach. The Campus population is approximately 350 students, with a diversity of backgrounds and interests. Students come to CCPAA from all corners of San Diego County. We have students from Escondido, Otay Mesa, La Jolla, Jamul and Ramona. International students enjoy a special place here, as well. Representatives from such countries as Japan, China, Germany and Israel can be found in all divisions. The Stanford Achievement Tests, are administered every year in May. The results of these tests are available to the public. PSAT is administered in October.
