We are an independent, faculty-guided Waldorf school in Lexington, Massachusetts, serving 250 children in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Our mission is to provide an educational environment that supports development of the whole child: intellectual, physical, social, emotional, artistic, and spiritual. Our work is based on the educational philosophy of pedagogue Rudolf Steiner . Our goal is to awaken and foster in our students a sense of wonder; creative and inquiring minds; a well-founded belief in their capacities; strength of character, will and intellect; and compassion for and interest in all life.
