Since 1922, The Stony Brook School has set out to develop students of character and leadership. The rigorous curriculum is combined with training in the arts, competitive athletics, study of the Bible, chapel, and numerous leadership opportunities. The School offers 19 AP classes; independent learning projects; an integrated and hands-on middle school (grades 7-8); 15 athletic teams; theatrical arts society; international club; Christian Fellowship; FOCUS; trips to NYC, camping/canoeing; and weekend activities both at local attractions and in faculty homes.
