The desire to know yourself and understand your connection to the universe is natural. At Maharishi School, we believe knowing yourself is critical for students to develop their full potential. Our unique programs and techniques help students cultivate their sense of self, discover their passions, and center themselves during the turbulence of adolescence. Our students start and end the day with meditation and yoga allowing them to be rested, alert, and highly focused. Maharishi School values depth of learning and original ideas over learning a breadth of facts. Our approach cultivates a vertical thinking process and encourages students to make connections between day-to-day concepts and universal principles. Our Honors and AP classes and project-based learning pushes this critical thinking to greater depths.
