Lake Mary Preparatory School was founded on the principle of developing each student's potential within a safe, positive, and academically challenging environment. The Lake Mary Prep community is committed to cultivating the value of scholarship, creativity, and the fellowship of a diverse student body. Recognizing the variety of ways in which students learn, the Lake Mary Prep faculty and staff strive to empower them to be life-long learners and responsible citizens of the world. Academically, students in grades PreK3 through twelve receive a nurturing, challenging success-oriented program that is appropriate developmentally, academically, socially, emotionally and physically. Students with an interest in the arts have the opportunity to develop their skills through violin, band, chorus, drama, 2D/3D art, ceramics, glass, film and broadcasting and graphic design.

플로리다 최대의 도시이다.미국 남동부의 상업, 금융, 보험의 중심지역 중 하나이다.주의 북동부에 있으며,세인트 존스 강 건너,강 하구에서 동쪽으로 32km 떨어져 있다.인구는 635,000명(1990년 기준)으로 흑인이 1/4을 차지했다.도시 모든 지역에는 듀발(Duval) 등 5개 현이 포함되어 있으며 면적은 1,968평방 킬로미터다.1822년에 건설하기 시작해 1832년에 도시로 설립었다.앤드류 잭슨(1767-1845) 대통령을 기리기 위해 명명되었습니다.초기에는 전쟁으로 인해 도시의 발전 속도가 완만했습니다.1901년 화재로 도시를 괴멸시켰다.재건한 후에 발전 빠른 속도로 미국 남동부 해안의 주요 항구이자 공상업 중심이 되었다.항구는 훌륭하고 수로 깊이는 약 10m이며 원양 선박이 자유롭게 드나들 수 있으며 강을 따라 부두가 많이 있다.
