我在申请Cincinnati Country Day School，有几个问题不知道哪位能帮忙解答，网上申请要填I-20 FORM，请问这个表格要什么时候提供啊，因为里面的很多信息不确定。 How long will the student reside in the United States? How many academic terms will this student be in the United States? Date on which the applicant will take the ISEE or SSAT，这个也不知道是不是必须的。然后这个HOST FAMILY INFORMATION现在也肯定没法确定。

如果你列出的上述内容都无法确定，尤其是最后一条，要Host Family 信息，你无法提供的话，I-20的Form 是无法完成的。

通常，有些走读学校是在一开始申请的时候就要提交这个I-20 的Form，因为考虑到后续学生的住宿问题，而且这个地址是要输入到I-20申请系统内的，以便未来国土安全部和移民局Tracking。

How long will the student reside in the United States? 这个要看你申请几年级，会在美国读多长时间的书；
How many academic terms will this student be in the United States? 这个和上一个问题又关联关系，也是要看你读多长时间的书；
Date on which the applicant will take the ISEE or SSAT，如果你有，当然要填了。
