Junior TOEFL was a recent development from ESL and almost all of boarding schools now understand how they interpret the scores when students send scores to them. So my recommendation is to take either or both if you can as soon as possible.
Please do not delay any application because you do not have TOEFL scores. Just complete application as soon as possible and start to communicate with schools that you applied and update them with new information in the process of application. They will appreciate you.
