Founded over twenty five years ago, The Clariden School of Southlake is located on 23 beautiful acres across from a park. Fully accredited, the school strives to prepare students for life with a focus on academic, social and emotional learning that values the individual while teaching the students the value of community and teamwork. The Lower School is a Montessori school and serves students 3 years through 12 years of age. The new Global Strengths program opening in the fall of 2012 in the Upper School serves students in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. The program is a rigorous performance-based curriculum with effective measures built in to determine a student's depth of understanding. Core standards are not only met but surpassed through an active learning approach.
