Lemania College is a family-run non-profit organisation founded more than a century ago. The International School of Schaffhausen offers a high quality international education for students of all ages, including a childcare centre. Brighton College is an independent day and boarding school for male and female pupils aged from 11 to 18 years. Founded in 1845, it occupies a 12-acre site close to the seafront in Brighton. It is a registered charity, owned and governed by its board of governors who are trustees of the charity. There are three boarding houses for male pupils and two for females on site; a co-educational boarding house for some sixth-form pupils situated close to the campus has been created since the previous inspection. The school has also extended its facilities with a new music school, a new teaching block and a science and sport building.

Rugby School is a co-educational independent boarding and day school. It is situated in the center of Rugby, with the buildings, including 13 boarding and two-day houses, concentrated close to School House, the historic center of the school. It is run by a charitable trust and administered by a governing body that oversees the work of the school. The school's previous inspection was a regulatory compliance inspection in January 2018. Since the previous inspection, a new headmaster has been appointed to allow his predecessor to become Executive headmaster of the Rugby School Group. A rolling program for the refurbishment of boarding houses has continued.
