Byne Memorial Baptist School

Byne Memorial Baptist School offers the abeka Christian curriculum exclusively to students in the pre-kindergarten through second grade. A combination of abeka and Bob Jones University Press curriculums are used in the middle and high school grades. The Accelerated Reading Program and the Hands-on Science application labs are a part of an enrichment program for all elementary-age students, Bible classes are taught every day. Middle school students follow a similar program in mathematics, science, social studies, English, literature and Bible. Physical education is a required course for Byne middle school. High school students are given a prescribed course of study to meet the standards leading toward a high school diploma. Those standards include: four years of Bible, English, Math; three years of Science and Math, two years of a foreign language, and one year of physical education/health.
