英语能力证明
-TOEFL：網考最低80分，旧纸考最低550分，新纸考的每个部分最低最低20分
（宾夕法尼亚州立大学不接受TOEFL MyBest™成绩。）
-雅思：最低成绩为6.5
-SAT：
2016年3月之前的测试：阅读部分的分数达到530或更高。
2016年3月及以后进行测试：阅读与写作部分的分数为570分或更高。
-ACT：英语部分的分數为24分或更高
-英语考试的GCSE或GCE分数达到A，B或C
-国际文凭（IB）：英语语言文学（SL / HL）考试成绩达到5分或更高。
-美国大学或學院：高中毕业後在美国大学或學院中完成兩整年的全職學生，标准英语作文课程的成绩为C（2.0）或更高。
-IECP：获得宾州州立英语强化交流计划（IECP）的官方认证。
-在美国高中度过的时间不会被视为英语水平的证明。
- TOEFL: A minimum TOEFL score of 80 on the Internet-based TOEFL or 550 on the old paper exam and a minimum of 20 in each section of the new paper exam
Penn State does not accept TOEFL MyBest™ Scores.
- IELTS: A minimum IELTS score of 6.5 on the academic test
- SAT:
Tests Prior to March 2016: a score of 530 or higher on the Critical Reading section.
Tests March 2016 and later: a score of 570 or higher on the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section
- ACT: Score of 24 or higher on the English section
- GCSE or GCE Score of A, B, or C on the English language exam
- International Baccalaureate (IB): Score of 5 or higher on the English Language & Literature (SL/HL) exam
- U.S. College or University: High school graduation followed by two complete years of full-time academic coursework at a U.S. college or university with a grade of C (2.0) or higher in a standard English composition course
- IECP: Receive official certification through Penn State's Intensive English Communication Program (IECP)
- Time spent in a US high school will not be considered as proof of English language proficiency.
