North Cedar Academy strives to enhance and accelerate academic success, promote individual excellence and develop 21st century global citizens. NCA students are success oriented, technology enriched, culturally aware, and community involved. Apart from our traditional USA high school curriculum, NCA also offers 2 distinct University Pathway Programs. NCA’s partnership with the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire allows NCA students to earn up to 30 UWEC credits at the UW-Eau Claire Barron County Campus near NCA while enrolled in grades 11 or 12 at North Cedar Academy at no additional cost to the student for year one of their studies at UWEC-BC. They may also earn up to an additional 30 credits for a total of 60 credits to receive their Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree from UWEC- BC while still enrolled at NCA! Many NCA students also receive merit or need-based financial assistance that may cover a significant portion of NCA tuition, room, board, and fees. The BluGold Guaranteed Transfer Program also provides guaranteed admission to the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and University of Minnesota - Duluth for any student in the program who earns 24 credits with a GPA of 2.0 or higher! The University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire is currently ranked as the 5th best small, public, liberal arts university in the Mid-West.
