Marymount High School, a Catholic, independent, college preparatory school, deeply rooted in the tradition of the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary, commits itself to preparing young women to make a better world by fostering a personal relationship with God, instilling a life-long love of learning through a challenging academic program, encouraging and affirming personal growth and creativity, deepening a consciousness of citizenship and social justice, creating unity through diversity, and fulfilling the RSHM mission, "That all may have life and have it to the full." With service to others as a natural response, Marymount students are called to develop an awareness of the needs of others and the leadership skills necessary to meet those needs. All disciplines and departments within the school contribute to attaining this goal.
